THE PRESIDENT#
According to “Article 52” of the Indian Constitution there shall be a President of India. The President, along with the Vice President, Prime Minister, Council of Ministers, and Attorney General, is a key member of the union executive. The President is constitutional head of the country and the governor is the constitutional head of the state. The President is the nominal head of the country. The president is bound by the advices of the council of ministers. He is the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces. He is the 1st citizen of India and occupies the 1st position under the warrant of precedence. All the executive actions are taken in his name. QUALIFICATIONS: He must be a citizen of India. He must have completed the age of 35 years .
