INSOLATION AND HEAT BUDGET#

 INSOLATION:

The incoming solar radiation or the energy that the earth receives from the sun is known as Insolation.

  •  Only approximately 52 per cent of this insolation reaches the earth's surface. 
  • The rest is absorbed by water vapour , dust and clouds, or is reflected by the Earth's surface and scattered by particles in the air.
HEAT BUDGET:

  • A heat budget is a perfect balance between incoming heat (insolation) absorbed by the earth and outgoing heat (terrestrial radiation) escaping it in the form of radiation. 
  • If the incoming heat and the outgoing heat are not balanced, then Earth would be getting either too warmer or cooler.
  •  Since these are perfectly balanced the earth is neither too warm nor too cold.

PINNACLE#2023 DAY 2

  In the morning doesn't really felt to wake up but , eventually waked up at 6:40 in the morning . Got dressed and prepared everything for the event. Got to Banjara Hills by 10 AM, just after entering the college we got into the seminar hall and were ( me and uma) ready for the extempore event( JAM). I got a topic about money lobbying , does not really know much about the topic, so didn't say much and ended too soon(about 15seconds). But I felt that this act of 15 sec gave confidence to the other people to say the little they know, and everyone just said what they knew. Then came to the auditorium and sat for some time and left for making reels , but nothing worked out and the song we thought of doing was actually tried by many others. but I felt uniqueness was missing, so I convinced the fellows not to do.
